The Tin Miner 2.50 @ 10/3
Nordhall 4.18 @ 10/3
Entropy 5.35 @ 7/2
Selected Plumpton – good ground on this gently undulating and sharp track
2.15 No shortage of early pace in this which dampens the chance of the front running Salamanca School doubling up a recent win over C&D, in fact both career wins over jumps have come over C&D on good ground , but the 7 pound hit will test and both Catch The Cuban and Royal Ruby will be getting stuck in early soon . Both of these are on workable marks and potent over this kind of C&D and quick ground , but with a strong pace evident , I’m with the strong staying and inform Mystical Clouds to have too much late on .
¼ pt win Mystical Clouds @ 5/2
2.50 I’m with The Tin Miner frequently as he always runs his race but I let him go unsupported last time over this C&D on ground I considered too quick , but he ran his usual cracker , going down by a nose ! This looks easier and a deserved and overdue win can come his way .
½ pt win The Tin Miner @ 10/3
3.25 A good quality Class 2 handicap and the very much back to form Slate House has a stiff 7 pound penalty and the presence of Mercian Prince and Rose Sea Has means he wont be having an easy time up front today . Annual Invictus likes it here and will be suited by how the race is likely to pan out but is a bit high in the weights so slight preference for the consistent Mahler’s Promise , who stays well and remains on a winnable mark .
¼ pt win Mahler’s Promise @ 6/1
4.00 Sainte Doctor has a 7 pound penalty for her easy win over C&D last time out , which came on good ground , but looks ahead of the game and takes on exposed rivals .
½ pt win Sainte Doctor @ 11/8
4.30 Last time winner Sami Bear and the 4 timer chasing Kolisi have to be considered despite now being on stiff marks but down to a good mark and to a more appropriate trip , Systemstic , who has the form in the book to win this , looks a lively longshot .
½ pt ew Systematic @ 12/1

Selected Leopardstown – good ground on this flat, sweeping and galloping track , excellent circuit.
4.05 The front running Agartha has a clear buffer at the ratings and comes here on the back of a narrow defeat over C&D, running to her lofty level and looks good for fav backers .
½ p t win Agartha @ 6/5
4.35 This looks wide open , a stack of useful 3yos , some lightly raced and open to further improvement , especially stepping up in trip Atomic Jones was 2 from 2 last year and holds a narrow decision over today’s fav Stone Age. Looks overpriced .
¼ pt win Atomic Jones @ 8/1
5.35 The ex-French Entropy ran a cracker over C&D last time when 2nd of 20 behind another lightly raced and unexposed type . Could well take the 4 pound hit in his stride against exposed rivals .
½ pt win Entropy @ 7/2
Selected Ludlow – good ground on this flat and sharp track
2.05 The odds on fav is the consistent if luckless Leylak, who returns to action after 18 months off , not ideal for those liking to plunge on ones with a clear edge at the ratings, also his best run came off the pace in a strongly run race at Ascot , so this benign C&d could catch him . Fight For It was rated an Ok 70 on the flat running for the top stable of the Chrisfords and comes here on the back of a decent effort over C&D when 3rd behind a pair of much superior novices and I’m with him to cause a mini shock .
¼ p win Fight For It @ 11/2
2.40 This will take little winning and despite the prolific and consistent Mr yeats is now on a stiff enough mark, it’s only by a few pounds , and finds himself in a most winnable race .
½ pt win Mr Yeats @ 9/4
3.40 The free going Sofia’s Rock will have unwanted company from the poorly handicapped juvenile Aliomaana which is likely to set things up nicely for the smooth travelling dual C&D winner Just The Man , who’s in his usual good form .
¼ pt win Just The Man @ 9/4
4.40 After two good runs , the latest a narrow defeat over C&D , a deserved win for Tikitov looks on .
½ pt win Tikitov @ 10/11
5.10 A very weak finale and even weaker than the handicap where You Name Him was 3rd of 15 , who looks good for fav backers .
½ pt win You Name Him @ 7/4

Selected Hamilton – good ground on this undulating ,stiff and galloping track.
4.18 The Johnston trained youngster goes for the hat-trick with high hopes of achieving it as she dog in deep to win well at Chepstow , so this C&D should be fine , and the 3 pound hit could have been far worse . Very well drawn for a front runner and this isn’t deep .
½ pt win Nordhalla @ 7/2

6.18 Emaraty Hero still looks as he’s capable of wins off higher marks than this . He was a close 3rd last time and this longer trip no issue . Nicely drawn , a good apprentice rides and takes on far more exposed rivals.
½ pt win Emaraty Hero @ 3/1
