Onward Route 1.25 @ 5/2
Exit To Where 4.20 @ 10/3
Encashment 2.53 @ 5/2
No advice for Killarney
Selected Uttoxeter , probably good to soft on this mostly undulating and sharp track with a long galloping straight .
1.08 Are U Wise To that ran to a good level winning his bumper , at the first time of asking and this likely to be the first of a number of wins .
1/2pt win Are U WiseTo That @ 5/4
2.10 No hanging around here with the three market leaders all known for front running . The odds on fav is the admirably tough , useful and consistent Aucunrisque, and as an ex- pointer, likely to be even better going over fences , and one to watch this season .
2.53 This could be finally the luckless Encashment’s big day . A straight forward type , who goes with the pace and has been narrowly beaten over C&D the last twice . Will run her race and not many in this with a chance .
1/2pt win Encashment @ 5/2
3.28 The consistent and prolific Lucky Lover Boy has no penalty for a good win at Sedgefield last time but is up against a couple of in form runners who crucially both bring good recent C&D form to the table and of this pair , recent C&D winner Finalshot is preferred over Henri Le Bon , as both the massive drop in the ratings and in trip did the trick last time and with a small penalty , could repeat the dose .
1/4pt win Finalshot @ 9/2
4.03 This has a winnable look to it with the fav , Easkey Lad , a doubtful stayer . Richard Newland’s stable has unusually been under a cloud for some time, but better signs of late . An Marcaci was a good 2nd over C&D when last seen and goes well fresh .
1/4pt win An Marcaci @ 5/1
4.38 A red hot stayers hurdle and very hard to rule anything out but the admirably consistent Oscar Montel will again run his race giving us a good run for our money at nice odds .
1/4pt ew Oscar Montel @ 11/1
Selected Longchamp – very soft ground on this mostly flat and galloping track
1.15 The Irish raider Pivotal Thunder goes a cracking gallop from the front , proven on soft ground and could take some picking up , and form good enough to feature .
1/4pt ew Pivotal Thunder @ 8/1
1.50 Few of these have experienced ground this deep , the exception is the ultra consistent Blue Rose Cen , who came off the pace to land a Group 3 over C&D last time, the win coming on soft ground . Nicely drawn and another good run likely .
1/2pt ew Blue Rose Cen @ 7/1
3.05 PREMIUM RACE
3.50 PREMIUM RACE
4.25 PREMIUM RACE
Selected Tipperary – soft ground on this flat and galloping track
1.50 A red hot handicap but another good run can be expected by the mud loving C&D winner Onlyhuman , who has done well since returning from a lengthy absence .
1/4pt ew Onlyhuman @ 7/1
2.25 The bang in form Current Option is far better drawn than last time when running a cracker behind the most progressive I’m A gambler at Leopardstown , and another good run expected from this C&D winner .
1/4pt win Current Option @ 3/1
3.00 A Grade 3 for novice hurdlers but this track could be on the sharp side for the useful Brazil while the Willie Mullins trained Champ Kiely , drops considerably in trip . Marvel De Cerisy made steady progress last season and has form on similar tracks .
1/4pt win Marvel De Cerisy @ 7/1
No Tipperary placepot
Selected Kelso – good ground on this mostly undulating and sharp track with a long galloping straight .
1.25 With The Navigator and Well Educated now on stiff marks, the coast looks clear for the front running Onward Route , who was all over the place on his chase debut last time and back over hurdles , over a C&D very likely to suit , could take some catching .
3/4pt win Onward Route @ 5/2
3.12 The Hamiltons only own a handful of horses , but they are all incredibly prolific , and they run the very useful Nuts well , who’s won this race 3 times from 4 tries , and 4 pounds lower than last year. Gold Des Bois gave him a good race last year , and as he won well last time , another close finish expected , but have to be with the race specialist .
1/2pt win Nuts Well @ 9/4
4.20 Readysteadybeau needs much softer ground , Prince Dundee resumes duties off a massive 8 pound higher mark and doesn’t go well fresh , while Raddle and Hum was a deserved winner last time for a series of consistent places , but up 7 pounds , and in grade , and switches to a left hand track . All this provides Exit To Where with a cracking chance , runs the track well , is on a fair mark and likely to stay the extended trip .
1/2pt win Exit To Where @ 10/3
